I think this is the best little evening I have ever seen! It is Yves Saint Laurent and has a small, neat brim under a high top. It is made of a very light woven straw and that was then covered completely by hand in glossy rows of sequins black for the top portion and into the rim and then the rim is finished with bands of silver and then copper sequins.
